BREAKING: Democrats Introduce Official Plan To Stack The Courts, Trump Aims Fire At Weak Republicans

Throughout the campaign trail, Joe Biden dodged questions about whether or not he planned to stack the court.

Kamala wanted him to stack the court.

AOC wanted him to stack the court.

But he avoided giving a clear answer, saying time and time again that instead of making the decision himself, he would appoint a commission to research the options.

Last Friday, that’s what he did. But radicals in Washington aren’t waiting to see what long essays come out to support their partisan plans to expand the Supreme Court. They’re taking action NOW.

Democrats in the House have officially unveiled legislation on Thursday that proposes an additional four seats to the high court, bringing the total to 13 from the current 9.

Right now, the bill is led by House Judiciary Committee Chair Jerry Nadler, of Witch Hunt 1 and 2.0 fame.

In the Senate, where the bill has absolutely no chance of passing, it is championed by Ed Markey of Massachusetts.

Former President Trump isn’t holding back on his opposition to the proposal, which he is blaming on soft Republicans. (So am I, honestly.)

Prior to the bill release, Trump railed against weak members of the GOP and the court, saying: “Wouldn’t it be ironic if the Supreme Court of the United States, after showing that they didn’t have the courage to do what they should have done on the Great Presidential Election Fraud of 2020, was PACKED by the same people… that they so pathetically defended in not hearing the Election Fraud case,” Trump wrote in a statement.

“Our politically correct Supreme Court will get what they deserve – an unconstitutionally elected group of Radical Left Democrats who are destroying our country.”

He even took aim at Minority Leader Mitch McConnell, specifically. “With leaders like Mitch McConnell, they are helpless to fight. He didn’t fight for the Presidency, and he won’t fight for the Court,” Trump said.

Predicting the inevitabilty of a bill like the one introduced Thursday, Trump said “I hope the Justice remember the day they didn’t have courage to do what they should have done for America.”

Though the bill may have a chance at passing the House, the Senate is just short of the 60 vote threshold needed to make the court expansion happen at this point. However, this radical plan to drastically change the nation should serve a wakeup call to Republicans who have been seeking compromise with a party who does not seem to be seeking the same.
