Is The Trans Agenda Crashing and Burning??

Well, well, well… looks like the gender revolution might finally be running out of glitter.

A new report from the Foundation for Individual Rights and Expression (FIRE) surveyed 60,000 college students, and only 3.6% of them identified as something other than male or female. That’s down from 6.8% in 2023. So basically, in just two years, the “nonbinary” crowd has been cut in half. Guess the pronoun game just isn’t hitting like it used to.

And it’s not just gender. The share of students identifying as heterosexual is up — from 77% to 81%. Meanwhile, the number of people calling themselves bisexual or “queer” dropped, and gay and lesbian identities stayed about the same. Translation: the BTQ+ in LGBTQ+ is quietly slipping off stage while the L and G are still hanging around.

Even better? It’s the younger students who are the least likely to identify as trans or queer. Freshmen are less “fluid” than seniors, which means the incoming generation might actually be more normal than the ones who’ve been marinating in activist ideology for the past few years. Imagine that — the kids might be alright after all.

So what’s behind the great gender cool-down? Eric Kaufmann, who analyzed the data, says the fall in trans and queer identification looks a lot like the fading of a trend. You know — like fidget spinners, or pretending to like oat milk. He also noticed something really interesting: as gender confusion went down, mental health went up. Less anxiety, less depression. Almost like constantly questioning your own biology isn’t great for your emotional stability. Who could’ve guessed?

Let’s be real — this is what happens when an entire generation gets sold a lie. The Left shoved this ideology into every classroom, every show, every ad campaign. Corporations plastered rainbow logos on everything that didn’t move. Schools taught little kids that “boy” and “girl” were outdated concepts. Anyone who pushed back — parents, teachers, comedians — got labeled hateful. The media cheered it all on, telling us it was the future.

But trends fade. And now Gen Z seems to be collectively saying, “Yeah… we’re good.” The novelty has worn off. The social clout isn’t worth the confusion anymore. Maybe, just maybe, people are starting to crave something real again — truth, stability, identity that doesn’t change with every social media wave.

The left thought they could rewrite human nature, and for a while, it looked like they might actually pull it off. But culture always corrects itself eventually. And if this data is any sign, the rainbow-industrial complex might finally be losing its grip.

Common sense, it seems, is making a comeback — and honestly? It’s about time.
