WOW! St. Louis Prosecutor Goes After The Couple Who Defended Their Home From BLM Protesters, Seizes Guns

Mark and Patricia McCloskey went viral after defending their St. Louis home from violent Black Lives Matter protesters who tore down a gate to illegally enter their gated community.

Now – the couple is in trouble.

Wait, what?!

Fox News has now reported that police secured a search warrant and went through the McCloskey residence at 8PM on Friday. During the search, it is said that they they seized the rifle that McCloskey was holding in the video.

Late last month St. Louis Prosecutor Kimberly Gardner commented on the McCloskey’s actions, questioning their right to defend their property with guns. She said, “I am alarmed at the events that occurred over the weekend, where peaceful protestors were met by guns.”

She added, “We must protect the right to peacefully protest, and any attempt to chill it through intimidation or threat of deadly force will not be tolerated,” she insisted, saying her office was “currently working with the public and police to investigate these events. Make no mistake: we will not tolerate the use of force against those exercising their First Amendment rights, and will use the full power of Missouri law to hold people accountable.”

This latest move is just another attempt by the left to erode our 2nd amendment rights and demonize private citizens for defending their home.
