BREAKING: Did Joe Biden Just Say Blacks And Hispanics Don’t Know How To Use The Internet?

Joe Biden was in rare form at a CNN Presidential town hall last night.

He made another gaffe.

A racist one.

As he was discussing the need to cater his COVID-19 vaccine distribution to the Black and Hispanic communities, he somehow implied that these groups just don’t know how to use the internet.

And we’re supposed to believe this is the guy who got 81 Million votes!

Less believable every day.
