Disgraced Governor Andrew Cuomo was forced to step down after allegations of serious sexual harassment surfaced.

Now, his brother is facing similar accusations.

A woman who used to work as an executive producer at ABC executive producer has accused Chris Cuomo of sexually harassing her at a 2005 work party.

She claims Cuomo grabbed her butt – in plain sight of coworkers and her husband!

According to the New York Post, CNN’s Cuomo told her “I can do this now that you’re no longer my boss.

She told him “No, you can’t,” and reportedly left quickly after.

He hasn’t responded to the reports. Yet.
