REAL QUESTION: Is Biden’s Supreme Court Pick An Affirmative Action Hire?

Joe Biden has announced that the replacement for Justice Breyer will be a black woman.

Intentionally, Biden made the conversation about HIM so he could own the accomplishment of any black woman he GIFTS [heavy sarcasm] with the nomination. But unintentionally, he created a stir that perfectly exemplifies why affirmative action can be so damaging.

Now, regardless of how much the next nominee has earned her spot, her qualifications will be in question. There will always be an asterisk suggesting her job was secured by her skin and her shape, rather than her hard work.
