Former President Donald Trump asserted on Friday that even if he were to face conviction in the criminal cases brought against him, it wouldn’t deter him from running for president once more.

During a candid conversation on the John Fredricks pro-Trump radio show, Trump dismissed concerns about a potential conviction affecting his third presidential campaign. He pointed out that there is no constitutional provision preventing a candidate with legal issues from seeking office, a sentiment even acknowledged by some on the radical Left.

“Not at all. There’s nothing in the Constitution to say that it could,” Trump said. “Even the radical Left crazies are saying, ‘No, that wouldn’t stop!’ And it wouldn’t stop me either.”

Taking to social media, Trump expressed his dissatisfaction with Special Counsel Jack Smith, the person leading the federal criminal investigations into his affairs. The former president questioned the conduct of the investigation, demanding accountability for what he perceived as a weaponization of the Department of Justice. He brought up the controversial handling of past cases involving prominent political figures, such as Hillary Clinton’s email controversy and Bill Clinton’s actions while in office, highlighting the perceived double standards.

These statements from Trump emerged shortly after he faced three additional charges in what he considers a federal witch hunt against him.

The former president’s determination to fight for America remains unshaken, as he holds firm to his belief that he has been unfairly targeted. Despite the mounting legal challenges, Trump is steadfast in his resolve to protect American values and uphold the principles he believes in.

His unwavering commitment to the nation is likely to resonate with his supporters, who admire his willingness to take on the system.
