FACT CHECK: Is President Trump Returning To Facebook And Instagram?

Earlier this week, Twitter erupted with the news that Donald Trump had returned to Facebook and Instagram.

This is something we reported on recently, when the former President’s pages seem to be restored and comments enabled.

It gave many in the MAGA movement hope that the best guy on social media was about to be back on social media!

After more than a week of active accounts without a new post, many of us assumed that maybe Facebook was just toying with us. Why enable the comments and bring back the page, but not let the big guy speak?

We’ll never know.

But one of the top nerds at Facebook weighed in to let us know, officially that Trump has not returned to the platforms.

No. Nothing about the status of President Trump's presence on our platform has changed. He remains indefinitely suspended.
