BREAKING: Is Hunter Biden Finally Going To Jail?

Published

on

In a dramatic court hearing yesterday, Hunter Biden’s attempt to secure a sweetheart plea deal backfired when it became apparent that he was seeking blanket immunity for any potential charges related to his questionable foreign business dealings.

Last month, Hunter thought he could get away with just a slap on the wrist, facing a couple of misdemeanor tax crimes and avoiding jail time. But Judge Maryellen Noreika wasn’t about to let him off the hook that easily. She grilled those prosecutors about the deal’s specifics and, surprise, surprise, no immunity for Hunter!

His legal team must have been fuming when they had to admit that their little plea deal was now “null and void.” Awww, poor Hunter, not getting everything he wanted.

After a recess (just enough time for Hunter and his lawyers to smoke a little weed), they came back with a revised plan. The new deal will protect him from some charges, like tax, gun, and drug stuff from a few years back. But, sorry, no get-out-of-jail-free card for any future foreign business-related charges.

This is a huge deal because House Republicans are hot on the Biden crime family trail, investigating allegations of bribery deals with foreign businessmen in China, Ukraine, and who knows where else. The whistleblowers are coming out of the woodwork, spilling the tea on all of these alleged schemes.

Hunter might be sweating a bit now, especially with the possibility of violating the Foreign Agents Registration Act hanging over his head.

So let us hope that justice will prevail!

Judge Noreika has set a deadline of September 1 for both parties to finalize the plea agreement in a way that addresses her apprehensions and ensures Hunter is held accountable for any potential violations of the law.
