BREAKING: Federal Court Throws Out Travel Mask Mandate

Published

on

In a major blow to Joe Biden’s anti-leadership strategy of “whatever the CDC bureaucrats say is what we will do” a federal judge has ruled the federal travel mask mandate to be unlawful and struck it down immediately.

US District Judge Kathryn Kimball Mizelle determined that the CDC had overreached their statutory authority by extending the mask mandate and that the mandate violated administrative law.

The decision comes days after Joe Biden relegated his responsibility as commander and chief to the unelected public health officials at the CDC who decided to extend until May 3 the mask mandate on public transportation (planes, trains, buses, taxis, and ride-shares, etc). The CDC officials said they wanted to “see how it goes” with the “new variant.”

It also comes in the wake of airline pilots suing the CDC over a lack of science and administrative procedures used to make their decisions on masks.

What this means for your immediately upcoming travel plans is not yet known. Free Press Fail will keep you posted as new information is available.
