Trump Derangement Syndrome

BREAKING: How The Democrats Plan To Derail The 2024 Election

In a truly appalling turn of events, the Biden regime’s Department of Justice has revealed its true colors yet again… by targeting former President Donald Trump with even baseless charges.

According to the DOJ, Trump could face indictment as early as this week for allegedly mishandling classified documents at his Mar-a-Lago residence after leaving office.

It all started on August 8, 2022, when Attorney General Merrick Garland shamelessly authorized the FBI to raid Trump’s private property, desperate to dig up dirt on the 45th President. To add insult to injury, Garland appointed an extremely biased special counsel named Jack Smith to oversee the politically motivated investigation into Trump.

Rumor is that Smith and his band of prosecutors are now preparing to present their flimsy case to a Washington, DC grand jury, hoping to charge Trump with violations of the Espionage Act and obstruction of justice. These alleged crimes carry a maximum penalty of up to 10 years in prison.

It’s clear that they REALLY don’t want him to be president again!

Here’s the real kicker though…

Initially, the charges were speculated to be centered around the Presidential Record Act, which mandates the preservation of documents from a President’s time in office. However, legal precedent has clearly established that Presidents possess the authority to declassify and retain their records.

When that angle didn’t work, they switched gears completely because THEY CAN’T LET THIS GO.

Smith’s new argument seems to be a personal one that states that any documents related to national defense should be forbidden in the possession of a former president. This is actually more narrative than law… but they’re going with it.

Unsurprisingly, voices of reason are speaking out against this outrageous witch hunt. Mike Davis, a lawyer aligned with Trump and founder of the Article II Project, eloquently pointed out, “The Espionage Act applies to everyone on the planet except for the President of the United States. The President is the Commander in Chief under our Constitution. He has the inherent authority under our Constitution to determine what records are classified and not classified.”

This is true and basically what I was trying to explain to the insane leftists at this liberal network last week…

Not that Trump needs anyone to defend him when he’s so willing to do it himself.

The president took to Truth Social to dismiss the impending indictment, saying: “No one has told me I’m being indicted.”

He also commented that “This is turning out to be the greatest and most vicious instance of election interference in the history of our country. They are launching numerous fake investigations against me RIGHT SMACK IN THE MIDDLE OF MY CAMPAIGN, something which is unheard of and not supposed to happen.”

Let’s not forget the historical context here. Never before has a president been indicted on federal charges. This unprecedented move by the DOJ reeks of a desperate attempt to undermine Trump’s popularity leading up to the 2024 election. And why wouldn’t they be worried? Trump is currently enjoying a commanding lead of over 30 points ahead of his GOP rivals.

It’s crucial for all Republican presidential candidates to take a stand against this injustice. Whether you support Trump, DeSantis, or any of the other candidates, it is vital to recognize the dangerous precedent this sets. After all, the next President could easily become the FBI’s next target if we don’t speak out now. We should see them all speaking out against this now.
