Common Sense Wins! The Supreme Court Just Ruled in Favor Of…Two Genders?

YAY — a victory for common sense! The Supreme Court has finally stepped in and said what most Americans already know deep in their bones: biological reality still matters.

In a 6–3 decision, the Court allowed President Donald Trump’s administration to move forward with restoring biological sex to U.S. passports. No more fantasy-land “X” gender marker! If you apply for a passport, you list your biological sex. Period. Not your mood of the month. Not a TikTok trend. A historical fact, as the ruling rightly says.

This is not oppression. This is not discrimination. This is REALITY.

The Biden administration’s creation of the “X” gender category in 2022 was treated by the media as some grand civil rights breakthrough. But in reality, it was just another brick in the wall of the Left’s ongoing attempt to make truth optional. The federal government — the same government that requires exact legal identity to vote, to travel, to serve in the military — was suddenly expected to accept self-described, unverifiable identity claims on official documents.

Let’s just be honest: if your government can’t define something as fundamental as male and female, what can it define?

The Supreme Court saw through the nonsense. The justices recognized that listing sex at birth on passports “no more offends equal protection” than listing your place of birth — because both are objective facts. Imagine that.

Of course, the liberal justices melted down. Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson (yes, the same Justice who said she couldn’t define the word ‘woman’ during her confirmation hearing) wrote that this ruling will cause “concrete injury” to transgender and nonbinary Americans.

You know who experiences concrete injury? Women athletes being forced to compete against men. Girls losing scholarships to men in dresses. Children being coerced into hormone therapy. Mothers told that basic biology is “hate speech.”

This ruling is not about hurting anyone. It’s about refusing to lie and empower the absolute worst weirdos in society.

Trump has been clear from day one: gender ideology has no place in federal policy. Not in passports, not in schools, not in sports, not in the military. A society cannot function if it abandons truth to make room for feelings.

And this ruling proves something very important: Trump’s fight against radical gender ideology is winnable.

The underlying lawsuit will continue, but for now, Trump has full authority to enforce biological-sex-only passports nationwide. And that is a massive step toward restoring sanity — and stopping the cultural free-fall the Left has orchestrated for the past decade.

This is a reminder that:

• Truth can win.
• Reality can be defended.
