Here Comes the Panic: Media Pushes New China COVID Variant

According to the usual fear-peddlers, a new COVID strain out of China is causing a “massive spike in hospitalizations” and wouldn’t you know it, it’s already shown up in the U.S.! In New York City, of all places.

Media outlets are breathlessly reporting that hospitals are seeing an uptick (based on… what data exactly?), and calling for government agencies to release more “guidance.” Because of course they are.

Let’s be real: we’ve seen this movie before. They trot out a new strain, amplify the worst-case scenarios, and stir up just enough panic to keep Americans scared, compliant, and begging for Big Brother to “keep them safe.”

No real transparency. No clear numbers. Just dramatic headlines and vague warnings. If this were truly about public health, we’d get facts, not fear.

So until proven otherwise, I’m calling it what it looks like: more manufactured hysteria from the same people who haven’t told us the truth since 2020. I’m not doing this again!
