Why Is a Journalist Being HUNTED in Minneapolis Right Now?

Flyers are being plastered across South Minneapolis accusing independent journalist Nick Shirley of bringing ICE into the city. His face is on them. His name is on them. They even claim he is responsible for a woman’s death. It is deranged and it is dangerous.

This is what happens when a political movement stops caring about reality.

ICE did not show up in Minneapolis because of Nick Shirley. ICE showed up because there was already chaos there. There was fraud. There were federal investigations. There was organized criminal activity being looked at by DHS and the FBI long before Nick ever posted a video. His reporting did not create the problem. It exposed it.

Now the activists who spent years defending illegal activity, fraud, and lawlessness are trying to rewrite history. They want you to believe that federal law enforcement just randomly descended on Minneapolis because of one journalist. That is absurd. Federal agencies do not deploy massive operations because of a YouTuber. They show up because crimes are happening.

This is what radical politics looks like when it gets desperate. When the narrative collapses, they do not look inward. They look for a target. Nick Shirley became that target because he told the truth about what was going on.

They want you to think ICE is the cause of the chaos. It is not. ICE is the response to the chaos. You do not get massive federal operations unless there is something massive to investigate.

You cannot spend years telling people that laws do not matter, that fraud is a victimless crime, and that enforcement is evil, then act shocked when the federal government finally steps in.

And you definitely do not get to smear a journalist for reporting what everyone else was too afraid to say.

This is insane. And it should scare anyone who still believes in a free press.
