The former Governor of New York has faced many accusations of wrong-doing this year.
He ordered COVID-19 infected elderly patients to nursing homes.
He sexually former aides.
He covered it all up.
And now he’s facing the consequences for at least one of those things.
Andrew Cuomo has officially been charged with forcibly groping a co-worker.
The criminal complaint alleges that on December 7 – at the Governor’s Mansion – Cuomo “intentionally, and for no legitimate purpose, forcibly place his hand under the blouse shirt of the victim…and onto her intimate body part… Specifically, the victims [sic] left breast for the purposes of degrading and satisfying his sexual desire.”
He could face up to a year in jail if convicted.
